Branding is how people recognize you, remember you, and decide whether they can trust you. For nonprofits and small businesses, that trust is everything. Donors, clients, and partners often make decisions within seconds, guided by how your brand looks and feels.

A great brand creates confidence. It makes people believe in your mission before they even understand it. My goal is to work with teams to uncover what makes them unique, translate that essence into a visual identity, and give them tools that communicate credibility and heart.

My Approach

Every successful project starts with alignment. Our first conversation is not about colors or fonts, it’s about purpose. I want to understand what drives your work, who you serve, and what outcomes matter most to you.

Once we’re aligned, the process moves quickly. I work in focused sprints, keeping communication open and decisions clear. You’ll see real progress from day one. My goal is to deliver branding that feels right the first time — thoughtful, cohesive, and grounded in your story.

How The Process Works

  1. Kickoff and Discovery – We start with a call to clarify goals, timelines, approval processes, and expectations. This ensures we both know exactly what success looks like.

  2. Research and Direction – You share logos, colors, and examples you like and dislike. I dig into your space — geography, industry, audience — to understand how you fit and where you can stand out.

  3. Concept Development – I create three black-and-white logo concepts. If it doesn’t look good in black and white, it won’t look good in color.

  4. Refinement and Color Exploration – We choose one direction, make minor refinements, and explore up to three color palettes.

  5. Final Delivery – I prepare a complete logo package with everything you need to launch your new brand.

What You Get: Deliverables

Each branding engagement ends with a comprehensive logo package that includes:

  • Final logo in full color, one-color light (white), and one-color dark (black) variations

  • File formats: AI, EPS, and PNG

  • Approved color palette with hex, RGB, and CMYK values

  • Brand usage guide (spacing, minimum size, background rules)

  • Optional tagline and font recommendations

Turnaround for most branding projects is about two weeks. Clients often say the process feels fast because the steps are clear, the communication is consistent, and they can see progress with every update.
